Yes. Premium and Bundle are yearly subscriptions, billed in advance and renewed automatically every 12 months until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing billing@obituarycraft.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current year and you keep access until then.
Yes. The AI conversation and a preview of about half of the generated obituary are free and require no account. You only enter your payment details after you have read the preview and decided the writing is right for your family.
If you are an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your first payment, provided you have not yet unlocked the full obituary or downloaded any files. After the 14-day window, or if you have already used the paid features, we do not refund the current year, but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal. For billing errors or service problems, email billing@obituarycraft.com and we will resolve it in line with applicable consumer law.
When the year is up and you have cancelled, your obituary is archived and the AI editor, eulogy, downloads, and (for Bundle) the memorial site become unavailable. The underlying content is retained per our Privacy Policy, so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off.
Yes. You can subscribe on behalf of a family member and forward the downloads to the person who needs them. If you would like a gift workflow with a personal note, contact support@obituarycraft.com and we will help.
Premium ($49.99/year) is everything you need for the obituary itself: full text, AI editor, eulogy version, and downloads in PDF, Word, plain text, and HTML. Bundle ($59.99/year) adds a shareable online memorial website with a photo gallery and guestbook for as long as the subscription is active.
Prices are shown in US dollars exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country in line with EU and Lithuanian tax rules.
